Setup & Optimization

If you have an existing listing, we optimize it for SEO, rewrite the description, improve photos (if needed), and refine your pricing strategy. If you're starting fresh, we build the listing from the ground up. We also set up everything needed to run smoothly: guest communication systems, guidebooks, vendor coordination (cleaners, handyman), smart device setup, and owner portal access.

Day-to-Day Operations
