- All revenue projections are estimates based on market data and historical performance, not guarantees
6.3 Consultation Does Not Create Management Relationship
A free consultation, property evaluation, or discussion of services does not create a property management relationship or any obligation on either party.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Algu Hospitality LLC, and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all:
- Claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees)
Arising from or related to:
- Your use of the Website
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
- Your violation of any law or regulation
- Your violation of any third-party rights (including intellectual property rights)
- Any content you submit or transmit through the Website
- Your property management operations (if applicable)
