We built Algu because we were investors first, and we could not find a manager we trusted. If someone you know owns a short term rental, or just bought one and has no idea what happens next, introduce us. If they become a client, we take care of you.
Full Management
$500
They hand us the keys and we run the whole thing. Listing, pricing, guests, cleaning, maintenance, reporting. They go back to their life.
Paid after 3 months of active management. $200 of it lands as soon as they sign and pay for onboarding.
Self Management Setup
$150
They want to run it themselves but want it set up right. We build the listing, the pricing strategy and the automations, then hand it over.
Paid when the setup is done, usually 1 to 2 months.
Which reward you get depends on what the owner picks, and that is a conversation they have with us.

Who To Send Us

Refer Someone
Tell us who to reach out to and we will take it from there.
The fine print, kept short.
- The person you refer has to be new to us. If we are already talking to them, we cannot count it.
- Send the form before you make the introduction so we can put the referral in your name.
- Referrals are good for 90 days.
- Full management: $500 per property, paid after 3 continuous months of active management. $200 of that is released early, as soon as the owner signs and pays their onboarding fee. The remaining $300 follows at the 3 month mark.
- Self management: $150, paid when the setup is complete.
- Rewards are per property, not per person. Send as many as you like.
- We reserve the right to pass on a referral that is outside our service area or not the right fit.
